Recently I have tried to make little changes to my day-to-day routine. I have found that changing a few simple things can make a huge difference. It can give you an ease of mind, calm yourself, or improve your health. Here are a few things that I have been doing.
Drinking more water
Flossing
Reading before bed and shutting off all electronics
Meditating for 15 minutes in the morning
Wearing sunscreen
